Pancho:

“Yes, there is Pancho behind Pancho’s pizza!”

At the age of 16, Pancho came over from Puerto Rico and began working in restaurants. A couple of years later, Pancho began working as a pizza maker…and the rest is history! Making pizzas in New York City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and most recently in Peterborough NH, he brings 55+ years of experience making pizzas, sandwiches and Italian dishes.

Come in and enjoy a hand tossed, New York style pizza with your choice of toppings, hot or cold sandwiches made your way and a selection of dinners, along with appetizers. 

The Pay it Forward Board:

At Pancho’s Pizza, we want to provide a way for our amazing customers to help others who are less fortunate to have a meal. Pay It Forward is a program set up to assist families and children who are in need of a meal. Here’s how it works:

As an amazing customer, buy a meal and add anything from our menu to your order. The menu item is placed on our Pay It Forward board. 

As a deserving recipient, pull a menu item from the Pay It Forward board and bring it to the counter. It’s that simple 🙂

Our wonderful staff and customers will not ask questions or monitor the Pay It Forward board. Please respect all of our customers and staff.

Our hope is there will be menu items on the board at all times, but we cannot guarantee it. As we are rebooting operations, many systems are being rebuilt from scratch, and we hope to see this program take off again, because it is something we can all, as a community, be proud of.
